Digital Development is located in The Livery Building in Dayton's historic Oregon District. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the J.J. White Transfer & Livery building was built in 1907. |

Using large horse-drawn carts, J.J. White Transfer moved personal belongings (primarily furniture) to and from the Miami-Erie Canal and nearby cities. |

Norman and Janet Wentland began a careful restoration of the building during the summer of 1989.
Renovation was executed in compliance with the National Park Services standards for restoration. The building retains all significant elements of the original and has been certified by NPS for compliance with these standards. Today, diverse businesses tenant in The Livery Building, named in respect for Mr. White's original usage.

At the time, the property was addressed as 18 Logan Street and was located 'just south of the lock,' adjacent to the canal, where Patterson Boulevard is now routed. Horses were stabled on the second floor of the building, while the first floor housed the carriages. |
